
Hi. I need to get some renters out. I have had numerous complaints from their neighbors saying they are doing drugs, steal and fight (amongst themselves) and that the police are being called to the house regularly. We have a month to month tenancy. Is the 30 day notice the appropriate route? It looked to me like the 3 day notice is for nonpayment of rent. Is that correct? They have paid all rent on time. I do not believe there have been any arrests and I have not contacted the sheriff's office to find out how many, if any, times they've been called to the house. I don't live very close to the house, so I rely on these neighbors and do not want to inflict my rotten renters on them! Does anyone know of a standard fill in form that complies with Iowa law? This is and awesome site!
