
I tried to send this, but didn't see it up on the message board so I'm resending it. On a month with 31 days, month to month tenancy with a 30 day notice prior to the 1st requirement by either the tenant or landlord, I don't think it is 30 days if notice is given on the 2nd because I think the law requires not counting either the first or last day, but wanted to make sure that applied in landlord tenant situations.
