One-Day Programs

The Landlords of Iowa Legislative Day on the Hill is the day when association members visit the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines, learn what legislation might affect landlords, and have the opportunity to meet with their local legislators.
It is important that as many members as possible attend and share their thoughts to make sure that our voices are being heard.

Legislative Day on the Hill for 2012 -  February 22, 2012  -  Room 19, Basement Level of the State Capitol.

State Board of Directors Meetings

The Landlords of Iowa Board of Directors meet quarterly to discuss association business. All members are welcome to attend, but need to notify us at least two days prior to the meeting, by contacting Landlords of Iowa, c/o Keith Smith 319-892-3056 or by email President@landlordsofiowa.org

Marshalltown, Iowa
The Landlords' of Marshalltown are hosting the 24th Annual Landlords of Iowa Convention at the Best Western Regency in Marshalltown, Iowa.
The 2012 LLIA Convention opens on Thursday, October 25th, with registration and hospitality.
Featured speakers to be announced. As always, one of the most important aspects of the convention is the networking and discussion that goes on between landlords.
Please mark your calendars for this Convention, as we will be covering a wealth of information on great topics important to your property management business. This is your opportunity to dialog with other landlords and property mangers and to hear a fantastic slate of speakers.
